Art in the moment: AGO Tour
A guided, interactive tour of the Art Gallery of Ontario for people in the early stages of dementia and their family caregivers. Light refreshments are served following the tour.

Dance/movement therapy is a person-centered holistic practice. It allows for the exploration of the connection between mind and body as a creative outlet for self-expression. With the use of music and rhythm we will explore movement in a fun, engaging, and meaningful way.

Nia draws from the disciplines of martial arts, dance and healing arts, connecting the body, mind, emotions and spirit. The session is for family caregivers and people in the early stages of dementia and is adapted and personalized to all levels of agility and fitness. Please wear comfortable clothing.

Rhythm and Relaxation
A group drumming program for family caregivers and people in the early stages of dementia. Instruments are provided and no prior musical experience is required.
