The Toronto Dementia Network Website provides information on a wide range of dementia services available in Toronto.

The Website is not a substitute for counselling, information and support services, but it can help reduce uncertainty by laying out service options, simply and clearly.

The combination of counselling and website information can lead to better preparation for the many difficult decisions that must be made by persons with dementia and their caregivers throughout the lengthy continuum of the disease.
